Do you accept returns?
No, unless something has been grossly misdescribed or the wrong item had been sent. Buyers remorse is not a reason for a return.
Will you falsify a customs form?
No, it is against the law
Do you combined shipping?
Yes, I am happy to combine the shipping. Shipping is expensive from Canada, so if you don’t mind the wait I can even ship surface.
What shipping provider do you use?
We use Canada Post

Small Packet Airmail/First Class Shipping when offered, remains an economical method of shipping, but to be used solely at your own risk. There is no tracking or insurance available with this service, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or delays within the postal process.
If you wish to upgrade your shipping to include insurance and/or tracking please message me.
We will not be held responsible for shipping damages.
Many countries customs open and remove packaging, I cannot control how things are repackaged!
Do you have layaway?
If you have not as yet purchased from us, we will hold items for you, but will charge a non-refundable deposit of 30%. If you reserve an item and then do not purchase it within the 90 days, you will forfeit the deposit.
Do you allow local pickup?
Absolutely, we can arrange a time and place that suits us both. The item will have to be paid for before pickup.
