We are preparing our t-shirts by heating press, so they will not disappear after washing.
MATERIALS:
* polyester and cotton, blended, round neck shirt
* Unisex custom cotton shirt, High quality soft shirts, unique expressions
* High quality HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) is used on all garments.
* solid colors are 100 % cotton, heather colors are 48 %-52 % Poly-Cotton blend.
SIZING:
* The Unisex t-shirts are true to size. T-shirts are relaxed fit for ladies; one size smaller may be ordered for a further slim fit.
* Tanks are women’s cut and true to size, you may order your normal size.
* Size charts are provided in each listing. No refund or exchange will be processed if incorrect size is ordered.
* The best way to ensure correct size is to measure a shirt/tank that currently fits well and comparing it to our size chart that are included on each listing.

PROOFS:
* After payment is done, digital proofs are available upon request.
* Please note that proofs are only for fonts/designs/correction of text but not COLORS...
* No responsibility will be taken after approval of the proof.
PROCESSING TIME:
*Please allow us 1 to 2 business days for designing, printing and pressing.
*Business days mean Monday - Friday.
*Processing time doesn’t include shipment.
SHIPPING:
* Packages are shipped via USPS First Class (Est. delivery time 3-5 business days)
* Upgrading to Priority mail and Priority Express shipping is available at check out.
* An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times count from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
* No shipment shipment on Sundays.
* Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
* Shipping times are estimates by USPS and are not guaranteed. Please note that USPS guarantees overnight shipping method, ONLY.
* We will ship the items to Etsy Address. If you want to change your address for any reason, please contact us prior to ordering or within 6 HOURS after the order.
REFUND:
Since all items are customized for each customer, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges, unless it is a mistake on our side. We will refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our part. In such case, please send us a proof. (A photo will work)
You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:
*T-shirt size is wrong (you wanted size A, we send size B) and you have proof.
*T-shirt color is wrong (you wanted color A, we send color B) and you have proof.
*Text color is wrong (you wanted color A, we send color B) and you have proof.
*Design is wrong (you wanted design A, we send design B) and you have proof.
*Text is wrong (you wanted text A, we send text B) and you have proof.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
* Machine wash cold or warm
* Inside out
* Only non-chlorine bleach.
* Tumble dry low or lay flat
* Do not touch the iron directly on the print. You may put a thin cotton fabric on decoration and iron without steam on low heat.
* Do not dry clean.
