Shipping Issues
Please be aware - we are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or missing packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, we can offer replacements at 50% off. We provide your USPS tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. If you received a package with damaged or missing items, please contact USPS to file a damage claim. Be sure to check that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. International customers are responsible for any customs fees charged by the intake country.
Due to COVID, some shipping times may be delayed. This is out of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier for more information on the expected delivery of your package.
Shipping Internationally - RETURNS
We are happy to ship internationally. If you return an item, the original shipping cost to you will not be refunded as the shipping carrier does not refund us for the original cost. Shipping charges to you and back to us are the buyers responsibility and the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund once an international order is returned.
