3 letter or less - 20" (50cm) or 30" (75cm) wide
5-6 letters - 35" (90cm) wide
6-8 letters - 40" (100cm) wide
9-11 letters - 45" (115cm) wide
12 and more - 50" (130cm) wide

Please use a ruler at the place where you'll hang your sign to determine the perfect size.

For D (Above) backing styles - limited types of fonts available, please keep that in mind (I will tell you which ones are ok at the design tool)

Returns Policy
Custom signs may not be returned. However, if you received an incorrect or defective item we'll accept the return and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Import Duties
If you are located in the EU or UK there is a possibility that you will receive an import tax duty (usually about 30EUR). The import taxes are paid by the customer. Thanks!

The team can then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection prior to authorising a replacement to be sent out to you.
