Presley & Cash shop does not accept returns or exchanges. If you happen to receive a defective item, please reach out to us ASAP!

Please make sure everything on your order is correct. Our items are all made to order specifically for you! Once we receive the order, customers have 3 hours to change or cancel an item. After that timeframe, we cannot allow any changes on the order to be made!

All clothing items should be washed cold INSIDE OUT and on a DELICATE washing cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron. This is to protect the quality of the design on your shirt or sweatshirt!

Failure to follow these instructions could result (although very rare) in the design on your item to flake off. These instructions are posted on every listing photo, listing description, and in my FAQ. Presley And Cash Shop is NOT responsible for customer's failure to follow these instructions. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given because of this.

In order to solve this problem appropriately, first a case needs to be opened with the USPS. You can do so at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Once I drop the package off at the post office, it has left my hands. I am happy to help you resolve this matter, but as a small shop, please understand that I cannot refund any order without proof from the USPS that it is lost.

We require that customers contact us within 7 business days of the item being marked as delivered.

No. All designs are created by our owner and are covered legally through common-law copyright. We do not authorize the illegal reproduction or reselling of our artwork on any platform. We pride ourselves on our original and unique designs, and will not tolerate them being reproduced or stolen. Any attempts of doing so, for personal or commercial use, will be met with a cease and desist letter or further legal action.

**This does not include custom bachelorette PNG's**

An item is considered "custom" if:
- The customer chooses their own text phrase
- The customer chooses a text color other than black or white
- The customer receives a custom mockup directly from Presley & Cash for their shirt

Please be aware of choosing light text for light colored shirt items, and vice versa- as this does not create much contrast from the design and the shirt.

If a customer chooses a phrase or text color that we feel might not work, we will directly reach out via Etsy messages. If we do not hear back after (48) hours, the order will either be canceled or sent to print with the original order details.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or allow refunds on these items as they are 100% made for the customer.

Customers are responsible for adding the correct address to their order. After 5 hours, the address can not be changed.

Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to the customer's error will be shipped back to our printing team in New York.

Once we receive the item back to us, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping and item costs will not be refunded.

Neither! Our printers print in a way called "Direct To Garment" or DTG. This is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the shirt with inkjet technology. The specialty inks are directly absorbed by the fibers of the garment- allowing my designs to be vivid and detailed on any shirt color! I personally love this method because the quality is TOP KNOTCH! DTG does not peel or easily fade as long as care instructions are followed. (See FAQ for details on how to wash your items correctly)

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any items in our store if a large party is canceled.

All of our large orders are specifically made for the party ordering. We hate to hear that the party or trip is no longer happening, but our small business cannot accept returns or exchanges of this size.

*SHIPPING TO HOTELS AND AIRBNB'S* ⬇️❗️

-Before shipping to a hotel or AirBnb, PLEASE make sure you have the owner's permission! Some states do not allow packages to be delivered unless properly addressed to the OWNER of the house.
-It is up to the customer to make sure the package is properly addressed on the Etsy order. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we can reship it out to you at the customers expense.

As a small shop, we need you to fill out everything correctly in the personalization box.

We cannot be held responsible if you misspell your customization (Location, Last Names, Etc), or put an incorrect date.

If you do not specify a design color, we will reach out to you via Etsy messages. If we do not have a response in 48 hours, your order will either be canceled or we will move forward with our default design colors.

If your personalization is unclear/uncommon and we have attempted to reach out to you with no reply, your order will be canceled.

Replacements for incorrectly filling out info in the personalization box will not be given. It is up to the customer to fill out the correct info and repurchase a replacement.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly help the best we can to get you a replacement or a refund, but we must be contacted within (1) week of delivery at the latest. As a small business, we try our best to check everything before it leaves our warehouse, but mistakes can happen! We are always available via Etsy messages.
