All of our prints are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail is also offered as an upgrade for an additional charge for expedited shipping needs.

Prints 9"x12" and smaller are shipped in flat rigid mailers.
All prints sized 11"x14" and larger are first rolled into a protective plastic sleeve before being placed into a heavy-duty shipping tube, triangle or box for mailing!

Yes! You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships. The notification is automatically sent by email through Etsy.

LOST:
Please check the tracking details. If the tracking indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your building's reception/front desk or even a neighbor first. If still not found, please contact us so that we can assess the situation.

DELAYED:
Please check the tracking details. If the tracking says 'still in transit', please allow a few extra days for delivery, as uncontrollable things (such as weather), can affect carrie handling times. If it is still not received after a few days, please contact us to assess the situation.

DAMAGED:
If your print has arrived damaged, please send us pictures of the damage to both the print and the packaging, and we will be happy to send you a replacement!

Each of our prints are custom reproductions printed on 68lb Heavyweight Enhanced Matte Art Paper or similar quality. We specifically use this professional grade matte finished paper in order to give our art prints the best possible vintage look and feel!

No! We specialize in printing borderless which means there is not a white border around our prints!

We do not offer matte or framing. We have found the demand for framed prints to be low, coupled with very high shipping charges, both making it unrealistic to offer. You can find the perfect frames to compliment the prints and your decor either on-line or at the larger craft/hobby/framing stores (and likely very reasonably priced!)!
