- Before washing, turn the garment inside out.
- Hand or machine wash on gentle cycle, at max. 30°C - 86°F.
- Use a mild soap. Avoid a bleaching agent.
- Do not tumble dry.
- We do not suggest ironing, in case of need, use steam on slightly damp linen (best on the inside of the fabric).

Linen is easy to care for – it will last for a long time if worn and treated correctly.

Processing time
To ensure the lowest possible amount of waste, Ode to Sunday products are made to order in our studio. Please give us 1-2 weeks for your order to be made by our meticulous tailors. When the order is ready, your package will reach you in 2-5 days or 2-4 weeks* depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout. The processing time is approximate - it depends on the order size and the country you're living in.

Customs and import duties
We are unable to mark an item as “gift“ or state a false value of the package. It is illegal and we can be punished. Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. For more information on taxes contact the customs office.

When orders are shipped through Lithuanian Regular Post, the shipping time is only approximate and is not definite.

Normally it takes 1-2 weeks to EU countries, up to 3-4 weeks* elsewhere.

Delivery times do not take into account delays caused by customs, authorization of payment or item availability.

Ode to Sunday does not take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost or held at customs. We are also not responsible for mistakes in shipping info or carrier mis-delivery errors.

If you didn't receive your package for more than 30 days, please contact us.

NOTES: Please have in mind that due to the pandemic situation with COVID-19 there are delays in shipping times and we cannot guarantee the delivery times.

When the order is ready, your package will reach you in 2-5 days.

Ode to Sunday insures every purchase until it reaches you, which means we are fully responsible in case the item gets lost or broken during that time. All orders require your signature when delivered, from which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, you accept that his/her signature is a reliable proof of delivery by Ode to Sunday.

If nobody is available to sign for your order, the postman or DHL courier will leave a card containing the shipment number in case they attempt to re-send it on the next working day or hold it at the local depot for you. Please get in touch with the delivery service as soon as possible to arrange a specific time of delivery.

Non-collected packages are usually not reffered to as refundable goods.

Non-collected orders that were returned to us can be re-sent after payment for the repeated shipment is received.

If you would like to return the item - you need to contact us within 14 days after receiving it. Please provide your name, order number, and your reasons for returning it.

If the item you received is defective, was damaged during shipment or is different from the one you ordered, you have to contact us within 7 days after receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the garment.

We will refund you once we've received and accepted your return. When the exchange is complete we will notify you by email.

DHL Express shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Products purchased at sale price are not eligible for return at any time.

Returns are only free of charge with Ode to Sunday's recommended returns service and only when the product is not the one you ordered or defective. In other cases the return costs are paid by the customer.

Please remember that the financial responsibility for the return is yours until the item reaches us. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are received by us and not damaged in transit.

All returned items need to be in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund. This means:
- Clean (no perfume, deodorant or make-up stains)
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With attached tags & in original condition, suitable for re-sale

Items returned to us in an unfavorable condition will not be refunded and can be sent back to you at your cost.

If you don‘t agree to the terms of return and return the products without our knowledge, you are responsible for any additional costs (such as custom, import duties, etc.) and they will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Ode to Sunday describes the items in as much detail as possible. The colors you see on your monitor can differ compared to the real item. It depends on your monitor and its color settings.

Due to the unique properties of linen and its manufacturing process, the colors between batches can change slightly. If it's very important to have the exact color, we recommend ordering a production swatch before placing a final order.
