WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
+ you will receive a frame with 2 pieces of THICK, REAL glass. that will AUTOMATICALLY come with a photo of your choice attached & the options you choose regarding color & style.
+ i do not use plastic or plexi glass on any of my products.
+ on your finished product, I also include the actual time of the song, so the song length is accurate :) *if you'd like it different, don't be afraid to ask*
+ the song decal is made with permanent vinyl & picture is professionally printed and secured with double sided tape, where you won’t even see it from the front!

2. IF the picture you send does not fit the specs on the frame, i will have to crop it accordingly! i will do my best to crop it without losing to much of the image if i have to

3. The sooner you message your photo to me, the faster I can begin your order! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL DELAY THE PROCESS OF YOUR ORDER (despite expected shipping info) !!!
+ if you do not want a photo attached or you just want the album cover of the song please STILL message me so i know! :)

+ if i do not receive a photo from you, your item will be sent to you without one. you can easily add in your photo yourself upon receiving it, please message me should you run into any issues!

- this frame also includes two pieces of THINK, REAL GLASS. that will automatically come with a photo of your choice & whatever options you choose in the second drop down menu!

--- If you choose "Extra Lettering" this will include everything in "song only" PLUS your choice of a customization
for example: a specific date which will be located in the lower right hand corner below picture (unless indicated otherwise), 2 names which would be centered in the middle beneath the picture or a phase like "Happy Anniversary". Completely customizable to your liking!

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn’t receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost (if another of the same item is available). Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it is being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
