Custom orders are great to work with. You actually may order something similar to what you see in our shop or choose from the items that have been sold, then we discuss the possibilities, price and terms of such an order.

What we like even more and propose you to get involved in - is to order something that will be about you or somebody you want to gift it with. This kind of interaction is based totally on trust and perception. There is and there will be no such an item ever and often we are surprised of the way and look of it when it appears from the kiln. Terms, price and conditions can be discussed in the messages.

In both cases, after we have done a custom item we create a personal listing for you to decide whether to buy it or not.

Our small accessories are wrapped into bubble wrap and placed into a cute little blush organza bag. Perfect packaging if you wish to give it as a gift. For shipping, we will mail them into bubble padded mailers.

Please be aware that for larger items, we recycle boxes for packaging. We are happy to play our part in the environment by reusing old boxes that are like new ones.

If you like the product but want a different size, colour or other customization, or many ornaments, please contact me, I welcome to help! In this case, the price may vary.

If the surface was formed some strong dirt, you can take a moistened sponge, or better yet a napkin with baby soap.
As a result of delivery the arrangement may get slightly flattened, it should be smoothed out by hands.

• All my products are safe for children, but some of them contain small parts and should not be given to young children. Children under three years old should be supervised to avoid choking.
• The colours may vary due to monitor colour settings.
• The product may be slightly different from the previous one but will be most similar to the photo. May be some very small difference because all products are unique.
• I work in a smoke-free and pets free home.

Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below:
1. Click "Pay with PayPal" at the end of the checkout process.
2. Now you are at PayPal. Click "Continue" to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue."
4. Review your order. If everything is correct, Click "Pay (dollar amount) Now."

If you are unhappy with your purchase - please write to me and we will solve the problem.
Unfortunately, in our store, you cannot cancel the order.
Please carefully read all descriptions and rules before you make a purchase. Exchange of goods - is impossible.
Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
- have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order.
- have been sent within 21 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.
1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back
3. No refunds for custom orders.
4. No refunds for items from section Sale.
5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
6. No refunds for unclaimed packages.
These packages can be sent to the buyer again. Shipping costs, in this case, are on the client.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Usually, we ship by airmail with tracking number, if you need faster delivery - contact me.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
