Shipping timing
It varies depending on the season. Average is 3 to 7 business days (Business days means Monday to Friday as we take the weekend to have some family quality time).

I have not received my package
Please review your order to ensure the shipping address you provided is accurate and check the tracking information provided to find out where your package is. From time to time packages get returned to us, when that happens they will be sent to NY and after a customs inspection

You need to notify us within 72hrs of receiving the package if there´s any error on your order. We will be happy to send you a new one if this was something on our end. Any information you send will be adjusted to the design you bought. Please take a look of all the product information as well as the photos to understand how the product will be made.

- Customer is responsible for sending a photo or album cover photo with high resolution. If the photo is blurry or not appropriate we won´t issue refunds over this.

-Timestamp: Please refer to each listing for visual details. The Spotify design is strictly set as: time stamp represented on the left and the total length of the song on the right side. We don´t make apple play plaques.

-If there´s missing information we will contact you. Expect your plaque to ship after 7 business days after we receive all the necessary information to design your plaque.

-The size you select for your plaque will be the exact same as in real life. Not bigger or smaller. Please make sure to select the exact size you want.
