All items are checked and packed carefully before shipping. If the item arrived defective in any way, we are pleased to replace it. Buyer is responsible for the cost to return the item and to have the replacement item shipped.

Returned items must be in their original condition within 14 business days of your receipt of the item. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be given once the product is received and its original condition is verified.

**Regular shipping to Canada & US are WITHOUT tracking.

USPS and Canada Post are always overloaded with shipments, so sometimes we do encounter delays in transit!

If you require express shipping, please contact me BEFORE ordering so that I can give you a postage quote.

Please make sure your address is correct on your Etsy account when you pay through credit card or PayPal. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be required to repay the shipping cost for re-shipment. No refund on orders sent to the incorrect address. For orders without tracking number, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. To have a peace of mind, you can upgrade your shipping to a trackable one.
