Frequently asked questions
What size is this print?
All of the metal foil prints in the shop are 8.5 x 11 inches.
Can you make this print bigger?
Due to the dimensions of the heat press, the largest possible size for all foil prints is 8.5 x 11" inches, printed to edge.
Artwork and typography prints that don't include foil can be made as large as 12x16 inches (30.5 x 40.6 cm). Please check individual listings for size options.
Can you rush my order?
Yes, absolutely! If you need fast shipping, please select Priority or Express Mail during checkout. These options appear under the "Shipping" menu once you add the prints to your Etsy cart.
Rush processing will only be applied to orders with shipping upgrades.
What size frame do you recommend?
WITH MAT: Recommended frame size 11 x 14", 12 x 16" or any frame which comes with a mat with an 8 x 10" matboard opening.
WITHOUT MAT: Frame size 8.5 x 11"
How long will it take to receive my order?
During Etsy checkout, you can select USPS First Class Mail (Standard Shipping), Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Once an order is placed, please check my current shop announcement for studio production times and that will indicate how many business days it currently takes me to create the artwork.
After the order is marked as "Shipped" on Etsy:
USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL:
► USA: 4-5 business day transit time
► Canada: 4-14 business day transit time
► International: 10-31 business day transit time
USPS PRIORITY MAIL:
► USA: 2-3 business day transit time
USPS EXPRESS MAIL:
► USA: 1-2 business day transit time
Please note that transit times are estimates.
Missing Orders
While it is a rare occurrence, packages can occasionally go missing in transit. Please message the shop and we will do our best to help locate it.
In order to minimize the chances of a missing package:
• Please double check your shipping settings during Etsy checkout in order to prevent delivery to the wrong address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect/mistyped or old address. Customers will need to cover the shipping costs for replacement items.
IMPORTANT:
• Refunds are NOT offered for items marked "Delivered" by the USPS system with tracking confirmation, delivery date and time. Please make sure your address is correct and in a secure location.
