How to use

Pop an ORIGINAL tablet and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.

 

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth - that’s the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

 

Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes after eating.

Hazards and Cautions

In case of intake of fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor. Discontinue use and consult your dentist if irritation occurs. Not suitable for children under the age of 7. Use of the product by children (7+) should be supervised by an adult.
