All orders are made to order. Depending on the qty and if molds are in use. orders take approx a week before shipping (give or take a day or 2) we have to make sure the item cures before shipment.

Plaster pieces are made by me from Plaster of Paris. Some pieces may have minor bubbles or discolorations.

These are a very fragile item. We package with care but sometimes items do break in mail. We try and keep stock on hand but sometimes run out. Please consider this when ordering. If we need to make any replacements they take 4 days to cure before we can ship.

These are non refundable, since they are made to order. I can send replacements or refund items that are broken. Please message and send photos.

Once the package is picked up, it is completely out of our hands and control.

Broken in transit, if you need by a certain date please be sure to maybe purchase 1 or 2 more. We don't always have stock on hand and again we would have to make and let cure again before I can get those replacements out.
