All items are created in our home. No one is allowed to smoke inside our home. All our products are new creations unless otherwise stated .

Since vintage clothing/accessories are pre-owned keep in mind that they may have flaws and damages, that we may not have seen. When purchasing a used/vintage item it's normal to expect some natural wear of the item, due to the age of the item and it's previous use. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding used/pre-owned/vintage items. Do not expect used/pre-owned/vintage items to be in new, unused, "new car smell" condition.

We strive to provide you with the most accurate descriptions of what items are made of and sizing. We also provide multiple pictures of items to help you decide if it fits your needs/wants.

Please pay careful attention. Every computer/laptop/phone/tablet screen is different and we can not be sure what the color of a particular item looks like on your specific screen.

Most of our pictures are taken close up to show items detail. Please read description for sizing.

Store all jewelry/hair jewelry in a clean, dry place away from direct sun exposure. DO NOT store jewelry in bathrooms or wet rooms. Damp/hot conditions cause metal to discolor/tarnish faster.

Skin and hair products such as body lotion, perfume, hair sprays and creams can react with jewelry causing precious metals to tarnish and/or erode turning jewelry black.

Jewelry should NOT be worn while exercising, in the shower or bath, or when swimming in the pool, rivers/lakes or the sea.

When removed gently wipe each piece with a jewelry polishing cloth to keep your jewelry beautiful. If possible, store jewelry in a air tight container.

-PLEASE notify us within 3 days of receiving your garment/accessory about return. If we are not notified within 3 days, we think you love it, and return WILL NOT be excepted. (Policy created this way due to many customers wearing and returning items after events.)
-Used/pre-owned/vintage items are sold "as-is".
-Clearance, Charity Items, Second Quality and Second Chance(as-is or vintage) items are FINAL SALE!
-When bringing our handmade items to life we use many types of materials and bonding methods, such as: resin, mouldings, templates, jewelry wire, adhesives, soldering, faux pearls, fresh water pearls, acrylic & glass rhinestones, and more.. Please read detail descriptions carefully...

-If you wish to return item purchased you will pay shipping cost.
-After contacting us, please ship item back within 7 days.
-If item is shipped back to us without our agreement/authorization number, no credit will be issued.
-The return shipment (at the buyers expense, no refund will be given for return shipping cost) must include a tracking number.
-The garment/accessory will be expected to be in the same condition when it was packaged to be sent to you. If item has been worn, altered, stained, torn, scratched, etc. refund will not be issued.
-We allow USPS 3 weeks to deliver packages in the USA and 8 weeks for International packages before refunding for loss or non-delivery of package.

USA orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service 2-5 days. Free shipping is offered to our USA customers on orders $35 or more. If you would like expedited shipping you must pay upgraded cost.

We ship out packages daily* Monday - Friday. Once item(s) are shipped you will receive notification with tracking.

Packages generally arrive on time or sooner than expected. We do allow USPS up to 3 weeks to deliver your order before refunding for loss or non-delivery of package.

*USPS Holidays may affect shipping days. Packages will not be shipped out on Sundays due to USPS offices being closed. Purchase must be made before 4pm Pacific Standard Time to be able to ship out next day. If needed shipped on a Saturday send us a message.

If you need your shipment upgraded/expedited* please choose which option you would like during checkout. International customers will pay for any/all shipping.

*Weather conditions, COVID, customs or shipping around any holiday can make USPS delivery schedule unpredictable. Expedited shipping upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times.

International buyers are responsible for any/all international fees, period.

Some countries do not give/or make available accurate tracking information once through customs. Be aware some countries experience tracking issues with their orders.

Delivery dates differ depending on countries clearance, COVID, weather conditions and holidays. It is recommended to purchase express shipping to ensure faster delivery to you. We do allow USPS up to 8 weeks to deliver your order internationally before refunding for loss or non-delivery of package.

At this time we are not shipping to Germany.

Be sure your shipping information is correct on your Etsy Account.

We WILL NOT be responsible for items that get lost due to incorrect information provided to us. You WILL NOT be refunded or shipped additional items if we do not receive it back from USPS.

If USPS is able to deliver, "return to sender", we will return the items you purchased only. You WILL NOT receive refunds for shipping costs.

Whether your purchase is for you or someone special, all our accessories are wrapped up careful and placed in white organza bags ready for gift giving.

-USA Customers:
If your order has not been delivered within 3 weeks of item(s) being shipped, please contact us so that we may help you.

-International Customers:
If your order has not been delivered within 8 weeks of item(s) being shipped, please contact us so that we may help you.


Packaged Scanned As Delivered, But Can Not Find:

If your package says that it has been delivered by USPS, there is nothing we can do at this point. You will need to contact USPS about putting in a claim for a lost or stolen package. They also can geographically pinpoint where your package was delivered.

For USA Customers:
Packages generally arrive on time or sooner than expected. We do allow USPS up to 3 weeks to deliver your order before refunding for loss or non-delivery of package in the United States.

For International Customer:
Delivery dates differ depending on your countries customs* clearance, COVID, weather conditions and holidays. We do allow USPS up to 8 weeks to deliver your order internationally before refunding for loss or non-delivery of package.
