The amount of the boxes provided in the listings concerns the number of raw boxes available.
This means that after receiving an order, I still need to paint, engrave and varnish the box.
For this reason, processing time is a few working days.

The colors on the photos may slightly differ from the actual ones - it can be caused by: lighting, individual monitor settings, or because visualization was used for preview purposes.
There is a possibility of unevenness in the texture of the wood (e.g. in the form of knots), as well as of minimal imperfections that are inherent in handicraft products.

Due to the current situation in the world, the packages sometimes arrive later than they should. There is nothing I can do about it.
So far, packages were actually lost in less than 1% of the cases.
In case of packages sent to the US, due to the pandemic and the large distance between it and my home country:
• A package will be considered if it won't arrive in 2 months from the day it was sent.
• Only after that time, the client can request a refund.
• After receiving the refund, the client MUST NOT collect the package (does not take the package, does not sign confirmation of receipt), if it arrives with delay.

awesome. the box is excellent. looks just like the photos, really good quality and the design on the front is really crisp and well done, and the dividers on the inside are removable which is perfect for what i needed it for. My package got lost and it took quite a while to get a replacement but the shop owners were helpful and sent a replacement and refunded shipping for the delay, the box is so great that ultimately it was worth the hiccups to finally get it. Really happy with it
