Announcement    What's so special about alpaca? Alpaca fiber is warmer than wool and softer than most sheep wool. We are pleased to offer a unique selection of handcrafted alpaca items in order that you might experience the luxury of this incredible fiber yourself, or spoil that special someone!

Choose from hand crocheted and knit Alpaca hats, scarves, cowls, shawls, mittens, and fingerless gloves. Be sure to see needle felted bunnies, pumpkins, turkeys, snowmen, santas, leprechauns, and whatever I find myself in the mood to create. Interested in exploring fiber art yourself? You might enjoy a kit to dabble with the craft of needle felting, or crochet.

Think softness, when you shop for Alpaca yarn, Alpaca art yarn, Alpaca roving, Alpaca fiber, Suri locks for doll hair and spinning, and felting fiber. For fiber art equipment, we are dealers for Louetand Ashford spinning wheels, drum and hand carders, blending boards, and ball winders.

Much of what you'll find in our shop comes from the fiber of our own alpacas, raised on our farm in Mansfield, Ohio. Some of our yarn and socks come from Peru, a beautiful country native to alpacas.

Together, my husband and I run our small business and care for our beautiful herd of alpacas, three angora goats, two angora rabbits (yes, we sell their fiber too), chickens, and three cats. We love life on our farm, and feel blessed to be able to raise such exquisite creatures that produce the luxurious fiber that we offer to you.

Happy shopping!

  • Julie Petty

    Owner, Maker

Since a very young girl, I have enjoyed working with my hands. I entered the world of fiber arts, and never looked back, when we decided to raise alpacas. I enjoy spinning yarn, dyeing fiber, wet felting, needle felting, crochet, and knitting.
