Welcome to our Etsy Shop, my name is Lisa and I started Studio Lowen in 2018 from my garden studio when I needed a little side hustle to support my freelance design career. Fast forward to 2024 and this little business is now my full time job and we have our own studio at Krowji, a creative hub in Cornwall, England.

Our collection is a designed and made in our studio, we lovingly make, personalise and pack each order just for you. Our leathers are sourced from British suppliers and are either British made or from European tanneries.

Lowen, means happy or joyful in Cornish, the ethos behind the brand is that every piece is designed and made with joy and happiness and that it should bring you joy and happiness through the aesthetic and functionality of the product. I'm inspired by nature, the colours around us here in Cornwall from the tropical gardens to the rustic, rugged cliffs. I'm passionate about recycling and re-using even the smallest pieces of offcuts and we turn these into earrings and other small accessories.

We ship all over the world from our Etsy shop, if you are buying for a special date and you are overseas please order well in advance. We use Royal Mail International shipping for the majority of our orders which usually takes 5-7 working days to arrive, however sometimes there are delays with customs or hold ups that are out of our control. We are a small team and make most items to order, so to avoid disappointment please order early. Please note that as of April 16th 2024 for our standard international orders we are sending items untracked to reduce shipping costs for you, you can upgrade to tracked delivery at checkout.

We use plastic free, recyclable packaging and occasionally pre-loved bubble wrap (when we need to keep the weight of a package low - hello international bulk orders!). Each order is gift wrapped in our bespoke tissue paper so it's ready to gift whether it's a treat to yourself or a present for a loved one.
