We do take custom and personalized orders. However, such orders are subject to availability of resources and the team members. Please contact us in case of a specific requirement. Custom orders are non refundable, can not be exchanged or replaced.

All the products have size details - we follow metric system of measurement. Again, we are just a message away in case you have question regarding how big or small or heavy - a particular item is.

Basic care instructions are provided in product description. We do send out specific instructions if needed. For example, natural dyes like indigo bleed during the first wash and such products should be treated/washed separately. Please treat our products as you will treat any handmade product - with gentle love and care.
The recommended method of cleaning all our mats, blankets, and accessories is hand wash. Do not leave the item soaked in water. Machine wash or tumble dry at your own risk and discretion. Any loss to the item from machine wash can't be compensated.
Please note Cotton is a natural fiber and shrinkage is expected in mats once washed. The natural rubber coating in our mats will fade away after a couple of washes.

Gift wrapping and packaging is available at request. Just let us know if you are sending a product as a gift and would like to include a personalized message to the order. Happy to accommodate.

Please note there may be certain custom/import duties and local taxes that may be applicable at the time of delivery. These duties/taxes are according to the law of the land and are entirely borne by the customer. They may be in addition to the VAT/Sales Tax that Etsy charges at the time of purchase. Please read more about the import duties applicable in your country before you make the purchase.
If you are in European Union or Australia - Etsy now collects and remits GST/VAT/Taxes at the time of purchase. We will mention this with your invoice so that you are not charged VAT again. Still if there are any duties applicable according to laws, they will be handled by buyers.

1. I do ask for a contact/phone number before dispatching the parcels. More so, in case of express shipping via FedEx. Please note this information is solely for the purpose of shipping as it helps FedEx coordinate with you in case of missed deliveries. I do not store or use this contact information for any other purpose.

All orders are track-able via tracking ID shared at the time of shipping. FedEx and DHL make front door deliveries. If your parcels tend to be stolen/lost, please upgrade to expedited shipping for signature based deliveries.

Please note if the orders are not honored or end up undelivered or are returned to origin because the consignee was not present (even after multiple delivery attempts) or didn't reach out to logistics partners to pick the parcel in time, - We will not offer any kind of return/replacement/compensation for such cases. We rely on the proofs provided by our logistics team to assess each case of delivery.

1. An all natural mat with no anti skid backing work well for carpeted areas. Excellent option if you want a traditional cotton yoga rug with no latex/natural rubber. Specially good if you are sensitive to even slightest smell of rubber (even if it is natural without any chemicals)
2. Natural rubber coating: The backing is all natural rubber and is free from any chemicals. The only downside like all natural products the coating wears off after some time/usage/wash.
3. About the felt based anti-skid backing - Small rubber dots embedded on a felt fabric layer embedded with the woven cotton layer. This makes our mats almost anti skid on hard surfaces.
You can always request for a custom backing if the option is not available or are sold out.

- If the orders are not honored or end up undelivered or are returned to origin because the consignee was not present (even after multiple delivery attempts) or didn't reach out to logistics partners to pick the parcel in time, No return/replacement/compensation/refund for such cases. We rely on the proofs provided by our logistics team to assess each case of delivery.

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. No returns/Refunds/replacement for On sale & Clearance Section. Return applicable if the product is shipped back to us in original condition. Return postage is borne by the buyer.

- Cancellation charge (PayPal fees) is deducted from refund amount if cancellation is not done within 3 hours of placing the Order.
