With Standard Shipping (through India Post Registered Air Mail), the order usually reaches in around 3-5 weeks on an average.

Only origin tracking is available for Standard shipping, that is, tracking information does not update once the order leaves my country. (But the order will definitely reach you).

Sometimes, delays due to customs/shipping carrier are also possible. Please contact me in case of any issues/delays and I'll try my best to help you out.

Shipping upgrades are available for faster delivery along with tracking information.

There are multiple upgrades available. If you are not comfortable with standard shipping, or want your order to reach you soon, please select a shipping upgrade. You can always contact me for more accurate shipping costs.

Cancellations - We do not accept cancellations, but in case of genuine reasons, cancellation can be considered with additional 7% cancellation charges.

Buyers are responsible for any custom duties/taxes that may apply, a package cannot be returned back/refused/cancelled/refunded due to this reason.

Shipping - Delays due to Shipping carrier/customs clearance may take place. I will not be responsible for such delays beyond my control. However, I will try my best to coordinate and help you out in such cases to ensure that the package reaches you.

As Delivery timelines have been severely impacted due to Covid-19, they are subject to change without notice due to the dynamic nature of the situation. Refunds will be provided only if the package is declared as lost by the shipping company.

Returns and Refunds - Once you receive your order, you can send it back to us for return/exchange. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and return item back within 21 days of delivery. All charges related to the return shipping to be borne by the buyer.

If after a delivery attempt, package is not collected from the shipping office, and it does not return back to me, no refund will be provided for it.

If after a delivery attempt, package is not collected from the shipping office, or if the package is delivered to a collection point and remains unclaimed, - and it returns back to me, the order cannot be cancelled, but can be sent again at a reshipment fee.
