By purchasing any of our plants, you agree that when you obtain it, you will keep it in its original pot for 4 months before repotting. For cuttings, we recommend establish strong roots (1-1 1/2 inches long) before planting the cutting into soil. We recommend to use 2-4 inch pots to prevent root rot.Plants experience stress from shipping and changing environments. They require time to recover and adjust, and repotting will cause excess stress. Over-watering is the number one way to kill plants. Be mindful that they need to acclimate and adjust to your home.

Reminder that we will no longer ship soil with our plants that the total surpasses $35. This will allow us to still provide free shipping to you with your amazing order.

Most of our plant cuttings (unless otherwise stated) are rooted and should stay in water for 1-2 weeks or until you see about 1-1 1/2 inches of roots. After you have established healthy and strong roots, you are ready to plant your cutting into soil. The soil should be wet/moist or else you roots will burn and the plant could die because it does not have enough water. You will need to have a very good watering schedule with the cutting to prevent any damage to your foliage. After about 2 weeks, you can start slowing the water down and allowing the soil to slightly dry.

Other plants will need to be watered roughly every week, depending not he type of plant, and you should not repot for at least 4 months.

We are proud to us material for our handmade products that are eco friendly cotton yarn. In most cases, we use scraps (or “Scrappies” as we call them) to prevent us from throwing away any extras we have from other art made. We want to prevent tossing things that aren’t 'needed' and we work with other artist to ship us their Scrappies as well. We make sure to make our art with anything that can be reused to help our planet!

No. We prop our photos to make it very eye appealing and not everything within the picture is included. Please read the description of the product to confirm what the purchase/product will include. We do, however, have options within some products to add containers, glass vases, and color options.

Depends. If the product listing states that it is, then it will. But most of the time, depending on how long the listing has been up, the product might be slightly different. We are not responsible for weather-related damage, heat or cold damage, and also not responsible for any USPS miss handling or lost packages (this includes late arrivals). We recommend to plan to be home/or have someone to be home when the package is going to be shipped. Leaving the plant in extreme cold or extreme heat will damage the plant. Upgrading to priority mail express is always recommend and gives your package a 100% coverage that you the buyer will need to claim on the USPS website if something were to happen. All of this can be claimed through USPS.

No. No smoking and no animals. We make out products in a sanitary place, we wear gloves when getting things prepared, and disinfect everything after every package. We take this very seriously specially with the circumstances that we are in.

We normally ship on Tuesdays with Weekly shipping cut-off time is Saturday 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time. So if your order is placed after that time, it will ship the following week. However, with increase orders (THANK YOU!!) We might be starting to ship daily Monday thru Thursday. Tracking numbers will be provided through email, and will go live within 24 hours of the ship date. The items will be coming from one of our studios beautifully located in either Chicago, Illinois or Orlando, Florida.🪴

We take a lot of pride in getting the home decor ready for you to hang as soon as you receive it. We steam, trim and align each piece so it's smooth and clean. We warp it carefully in hopes it makes it to you with no creases. Sometimes creases do happen and you can easily steam the decor so it's nice and straighten. You can also hang it and most of them will straighten on its own. For cleaning, you can take a damp cloth and remove any dust that has accumulated with time. A quick steam will also help when you want to spruce up the decor and give it a little shine. Do not brush out any yarn as it will damage the natural style design. Keep any yarn away from direct sunlight as it can get damaged and discolored over time.
