Our guarantee covers any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship. Ring re-sizing is free of charge within first year of purchase. The range of re-sizing is 2 Australian sizes up and down.

Our guarantee does not cover defects relating to general wear and tear, scratching, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse, or any resulting loss of the item or precious stones from the item. If the item has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves the guarantee is void.

In the rare event of a problem, please inform us and bring back your piece as soon as possible for inspection.

Products marked sale cannot be returned. Items with personal engraving cannot be returned. Worn, altered or damaged merchandise cannot be returned. Bespoke, custom, and made to order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, a resizing / alteration service is available. Shipping costs are to be covered by customers.

- Jewellery storage is important. At the time of purchase, all PurpleMay Jewellery is wrapped in a protective jewellery box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.

- Your jewellery will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product.

- Many stones such as amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite and tourmaline are very delicate and easily abraded. Enamel can also chip or scratch when struck.

I bought this ring for my wife to wear as an everyday ring. The entire process, right from clarifying a few things before I ordered the ring to finally having it in our hands, was one of excellence in terms of quality, customer service, and the ease with which things were handled. Tina from PurpleMay made my ordering process a breeze and the delivery was quick. To our initial disappointment the ring was a bit loose. We realized that since this was a thin band, it. slipped easily in and out of my wife's finger who did not have a wide knuckle to catch it from sliding. Tina was very helpful in guiding us through to find the best size for my wife and sent a new one with the right sizing back to us. The ring itself is beautiful. Sleek and elegant! We love it!
