The slate was a gift for my grandson's thirteenth birthday. He's an aspiring director, and I thought that this would be a fun gift. I ordered the slate at the end of April and was told it would take two weeks to arrive. It took a month, but Richard stayed in contact, sending photos of his progress. My grandson was thrilled with the gift, and my daughter told me that it is beautifully crafted.
