Taking your measurements will also help ensure you get the fit you want.

The size chart measurements are two easy measurements to take, the chest width and the shirt length. By checking the size chart and taking your measurements you can be confident in the size you order.

Each listing should have detailed information about sizing and a size chart. If you have further questions, need another size or color feel free to send me a message.

**Please note that because each item is custom made to order I can not offer exchanges/returns based on size. Sizing information is provided in each listing.

At this time I am unable to offer wholesale options.

Items are produced on demand. Once and order is placed, the product is usually completed within 2-7 business days.

Shipping time is an average of 4 business days. Please keep in mind holidays, weekends and postal days.

In certain cases when there is a high volume of orders such as holidays, awareness months etc. a bit more time may be needed.

**If you need your shirt for an event please order it as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued for orders that are defective, misprinted or the color/size doesn’t match your order.

Reports of issues or damages must be sent within 48 hours of delivery along with photos. I’ll be more than happy to either replace or refund your order hassle free.

No refunds/exchanges will be given for mistakes made outside of my control. This includes ordering the wrong size, style, or color.

Please understand that the exact number of garments are printed based on the orders that come in and there are not extras.

My policies are in place not to be uncaring or unkind. Please understand it is part of running a business.

If you recently placed an order and need me to change the address, size/color, switch it to a different shirt or cancel your order please send me a message.

If your shirt has not been printed yet I can update or cancel your order no problem.

Etsy tracking can be slower to update and does not include as much information. Please keep in mind that the USPS system updates can lag a bit as well.

If your order was just shipped and the tracking has not yet updated please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to show up.

I always replace defective orders. I try to make it as easy as possible for you.

If your shirt arrives with a misprint or a manufacturer’s defect such as a seam defect or hole please send me:

1. Picture of the shirt with the front/design
2. Picture of the defect

I will reply to your message ASAP to confirm I’ve seen it and then send you updated tracking for a replacement once I have it.
