The anti-skid rubber backing on our square neoprene coasters makes them an ideal choice for outdoor activities such as pool, patio, and boating. Neoprene is a synthetic rubber that is flexible and stands up to temperature fluctuations so it is sure to withstand your hottest and coldest beverages without breaking down! It provides for a non slip coaster that won't move around or be compromised by condensation or spillages.
The printed top is polyester fabric so condensation absorbs into the fabric and your drink will not slip around on the coaster like traditional hard top coasters (don't you hate that?) These coasters are the last coasters you'll need!

Cancellations / Address changes - I can not process cancellations or change addresses on many product orders, including coasters. Please note these are printed professionally on demand and I must adhere to the policies set by my printing partners. .: PLEASE NOTE I CAN OFFER NO DATE SPECIFIC DELIVERY GUARANTEES. Supply and staff shortages are still an issue plaguing commerce - please order early and understand delays outside of a seller's control may occur. Tracking numbers are provided to every order as soon as an order ships. Processing and shipping estimates are provided within each and every listing and I am unable to rush print on demand orders. They are printed in the order received by my professional printing partners and delays may occur in fulfillment during the Christmas season.
.: What if my package goes missing or is damaged?
If an order has not arrived after 25 business days (business days do not include holidays or weekends) please reach out immediately and a new package or full refund will be issued, whichever you prefer. If an order states it was delivered successfully to the address provided on the order, you will need to speak to your carrier about the location of the package. I do not replace packages or refund where tracking states a package has been successfully delivered. In the case of a damaged item, please message me or email sagittariusgallery [!at] gmail.com with the order number and pictures of the damaged item with your preference of a new package being sent or refund issued and I will get it rectified asap. I never ask for a damaged item to be returned - discard the item as you see fit.
.: What if I provided the wrong address?
It's up top you to ensure the address on the order is the address you want your package sent to. Etsy sellers need to ship to the address provided on the order. Please be aware that if a product has already gone into production with my printers, I am unable to make changes or cancellations to orders. If an item is returned to seller due to an error in the address that you made, you will need to have bear the cost of reshipping it to you.
.: A NOTE ABOUT TRACKING NUMBERS AND MULTIPLE PACKAGES - Please note if you purchase more than one item from my shop, you will likely receive more than one package. I am partnered with several different printers to offer the best products possible within the product lines I offer and that differs from printer to printer. You may receive only one tracking number for your multiple item purchase - this is because when an item ships, Etsy automatically assigns that tracking number to every item in the order (provided the items were all purchased from the same shop.) If you have questions, please reach out - but please know the rest of your order is most certainly on the way!

I do not offer returns just because the color wasn't exactly as expected - I make every effort to present images of each painting that is as close to the original artwork as possible through digital means.
