I have purchased several items from Dominique and each time, I have been amazed at the beauty and quality of the jewelry. PROCESSING TIME = Time to make your piece from the day of purchase
Standard processing time: 2-3 weeks

* Shipping upgrades : For quicker delivery, you can upgrade the shipping upon checkout by selecting one of our different "Expedited Shipping" options. This does NOT change the Processing time.
** Customers are responsible for any and all customs taxes, duties, or fees, should any be incurred. I am sorry but I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged items or if your package is held up in customs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Since each of my pieces is custom-made from scratch after an order is placed - with the time and heart that it takes to make your piece - it will become a one-of-a-kind piece made just for you. Therefore, I do NOT accept returns for refunds - under any circumstances.
If you are not happy with your piece, an exchange* may be considered - minus a restocking fee. Please contact me so we can discuss this.

MY RING DOESN'T FIT ME! CAN I HAVE IT RESIZED?
The answer is NO. Electroformed rings cannot be resized, so when you are about to make your purchase, you must be 100% certain of your ring size.
If you ring doesn't fit you once you've received it, you will need to have a new ring redone to your correct size, minus a Restocking fee *. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery and return the ring in its original package within 10 days.

THE EFORMED JEWELRY I RECEIVED LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE
You will receive a ring similar to the one in this listing, but it will differ slightly since all my raw stones are different in shape, size and color. All my raw stones are natural and non-treated - you might see flaws or inclusions in them - this is perfectly normal!
Electroforming is an unpredictable technique, and I never know how my pieces will come out. Some come out with current lines, bumps, grooves or uneven plating, but be assured that I always make sure to send a piece when I am 100% satisfied with the final look.
This is why I call my pieces "Perfectly imperfect" ! 😊

WHAT IS ELECTROFORMING?
Electroforming is a complex process in which chemistry and electricity work together to deposit copper layers onto a piece of jewelry or other material. The creation of my pieces, from beginning to end, is a long and sometimes unpredictable process which can take between 3-5 days.
PROPER CARE FOR YOUR PIECE OF JEWELRY
To maintain the bright finish of your ring as long as possible, avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, as well as harsh chemicals. Take off before showering and before going into chlorinated water.
If your piece becomes dull after frequent wear, you can bring back the shine by rubbing it with the polishing cloth provided in your package.
WHY DOES MY GOLD RING LEAVE A GREEN MARK ON MY FINGER ?
The base of my bands is made of either 14k Gold filled, 925 Sterling Silver, 935 Argentium or Solid 14k Gold wire. Both Gold filled and Solid Gold bands are final plated in 18k Gold.
Most people have no issues wearing these metals, However, some may get skin reactions to the plating - either because they are highly sensitive to metals or simply because they have a higher PH.
If this happens, you can wash your finger with soap and water and polish the ring with the cloth provided in the package. After a certain time, the skin somehow adapts itself to the metal and the green finger issue disappears.
If you still react to the ring after wearing it a few weeks, please contact me so I can fix the problem.
SOLID 14k GOLD OPTION - WILL MY WHOLE PIECE BE MADE IN SOLID GOLD?
No, only the band is made of Solid 14k Gold. All electroformed parts (bezels) are made of copper, dipped in Palladium and final plated in 18k Gold.
