Failed to deliver on date promised and I asked for a refund and was offered an alternative. This arrived later than the promised date and 4 items were broken and the rest of the set is not fit for purpose. I have suppled pictures as requested.I had paid Paypal as required and have had to return the goods at my expense via Parcelforce. Despite addressing exactly as asked the parcel has now gone missing. Etsy refer this to Paypal who seem to support the supplier and as of 20 February the resolution date has been bumped again to 30th Feb. Very unsatisfactory by all parties involved.

The hooks were beautifully made, but one of the hooks in the set didn’t match the rest and customer service couldn’t send a replacement for it because they were out of rosewood.
