I LOVE my ring. My husband and I ordered the wedding band when it was on sale, thinking that it would look the same as the engagement. We were upgrading my current wedding band. Petra contacted me to make sure we knew what we were ordering. I’m thankful she did because I would have been disappointed because I was a bonehead. She immediately refunded me the money and we worked out ordering the engagement ring instead. She was kind enough to apply the sale discount of the old ring to the new ring which I’m very thankful for. I wear it as a wedding ring and it matches every expectation. Petra was incredibly communicative about the shipping process, the quality of the diamonds, and the ring itself. I can’t recommend this store enough! Her customer service is outstanding and honest which is a rarity these days
