With the exception of shipping breakages, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. Check all listing photos before purchasing and read the description entirely. Please keep in mind you are buying handmade and each piece will vary from one another. We do not edit listing photos however glazes may vary depending on the screen you are viewing them on.

All items leave our studio packed as safe as possible however there is no guarantee of their safety once they leave. If you do not notify us of breakage with proof within 5 business days of receiving your package, we will not issue a refund.

What if your item arrives damaged or broken? No worries! Let us know via Etsy before leaving feedback! First, since the item broke during transit we will file a claim with USPS. If the issue is not resolved, we will take care of issuing the refund for you or making sure you have another piece on the way!

We use recycled, local materials, and USPS priority mail boxes to keep shipping costs as low as possible. The shipping cost estimated at checkout for you by Etsy is what the USPS charges to have the specific weight and size of your item shipped to your door. Pottery is fragile and requires lots of packaging, causing it to be heavy, which is why it can cost more than your average postage. We do our absolute best to ensure your item arrives safely while being mindful of shipping costs.

Buyer is responsible for any custom fees. UK orders often must pay custom for release of their items. We cannot be held responsible for these dues, nor can we falsify the customs form
