Frequently asked questions
How are items shipped?
All orders are shipped as either First Class for UK delivery, or Standard International for all overseas orders, unless the tracked shipping upgrade is selected at checkout.
Please be aware that without a tracking number, I am unable to advise where your order is. Please refer to shipping estimates for the best estimated shipping speeds to your destination.
How do I hang my wire art?
All wire wall art will be shipped flat unless otherwise requested with your order. It is recommended to use either nails or invisible command hooks to hang your artwork.
There will be a guide with every order.
Can you rush my order?
I do offer a 'Rush My Order' service, with limited availability each week, so please do contact me if you have any urgent requirements and I will always do my absolute best to accommodate where possible.
