Each RUSTIC CULTURE COMPANY sign is handmade to order with 100% wood frames and FSC-certified sustainable wood or MDF, depending on size. Designs are applied with a permanent vinyl or pressed on and then sealed. No two signs will be exactly alike. Due to the materials used to make our signs we do NOT recommend placing signs outside in areas of direct sunlight, or exposed to the elements (i.e., rain or snow). Harsh elements can potentially damage your sign(s) if they are not properly cared for. Indoor use only is highly suggested.

FRAMES

All frames are stained with a premium wood stain. Each piece will have slight color variations due to the fact that no two pieces of wood will absorb stain the same way.

HANGING HARDWARE

All signs come with sawtooth hangers pre-installed. Larger, heavier signs will come with D-ring hangers pre-installed.

Any elements pictured with our signs are for prop purposes only and are not for sale and are not included with a purchase of a sign. Purchase includes sign only.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please remember to double check your shipping address PRIOR to submitting your order. All orders will be sent to the address on file, no exceptions. If you realize after placing your order that your shipping address is incorrect, please message us right away with the correct address. THERE WILL BE NO REPLACEMENT ORDERS SENT FOR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES.

Please keep in mind that RUSTIC CULTURE COMPANY is NOT responsible for non-delivery or mis-delivered packages. Please check the tracking number online or go to your local post office with the tracking number. If a package is returned to us or delivered to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs and, if needed, the cost of a new sign(s) to replace.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Due to the nature of our work and the fact that every frame and insert are cut to size once an order is placed, we do NOT accept cancellations.
Once shipped, no exchanges or adjustments will be offered. If you have any issues with your sign(s) once you received please send us a message so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
