A copper wedding sign stand is the perfect piece for your wedding day! These standing frames can be used for a variety of wedding styles (elegant, industrial, boho, modern, romantic, rustic) and can be used to display welcome signs, seating charts or even menu stands. They can be displayed as-is for a minimalist or industrial feel, or with flowers, greenery, or pampas grass for an extra special touch!

Available in buffed/polished copper, painted (gold, white, black, chrome) or a chemically treated black-oxide patina finish

- The buffed copper finish is a natural finish and will tarnish with handling and age. Maintaining the bright/polished finish will require occasional cleaning and/or light buffing. Handling with gloves will help to prevent the oils from your hands from accelerating tarnishing).
- A lacquer/sealed finish is available to prevent tarnishing
- Various painted finishes are also offered (metallic gold, satin black and white, etc)
- A chemically-treated black-oxide patina finish offers a more durable "black" finish

Each stand is made of 3/4" copper pipe and is polished to a bright copper finish and ready for use but may carry some minimal discoloration due to the nature of copper.

Other variations are also available:
- The 4ft tall Easel listed has a shelf that is approximately 24 inches below and can accommodate signs that are 18-30 inches in height nicely (varying widths). If you are looking for an easel with specific dimensions let me know

- The smaller (table top) menu stands (13.5" x10.5") are made from 1/2 copper

SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS:
- The inside dimensions of the stands are 2" less than overall width due to the diameter of the copper pipe on each side.
- Sizing is personal preference but it is generally recommended that you keep a 3" - 5" border/white-space between your sign and the frame.

For Example; The stand in the primary listing picture is 5ft tall and 2.5ft wide (sized to fit a standard 20 x 30" foam board with a 4" border as pictured).

Common Examples:

- 20" x 30" sign with a 4" border would need a stand with inside dimensions of 28" (4+20+4). A 2.5ft (30") wide frame has inside dimensions of 28"

- 24" x 36" sign with a 5" border would need a stand with inside dimensions of 35" (5+24+5). A 3ft (36") wide frame has inside dimensions of 34"

- 36" x 24" sign with a 2" border would need a stand with inside dimensions of 40" (2+36+2). A 3.5ft (42") wide frame has inside dimensions of 40"

Have a custom width request? Not a problem. Add or subtract up to 3" from the width of any frame at (no additional cost). Select the stand with the closest width and add a note to your order indicating the desired "overall" width (up to 3"). If you need 4" or 5" added to the width - please select the next larger width stand and in the order notes indicate your desired overall dimensions.

PLEASE READ: If your stand is unfinished copper, it will require special care to maintain the bright/buffed copper finish. Handling the stand with gloves will prevent the natural oils from your hands from tarnishing the metal surface. However, even with care… the bright copper finish will eventually begin to tarnish but can be restored by buffing gently with a fine-grained sanding sponge or steel wool (#0000 or finer). There are also various household and commercial copper cleaners that can be used.

If your stand has a primed and painted finish, similar care should still be taken to help prevent the painted finish from wearing and scratching. If your stand receives regular use (assembly/disassembly) you may find it necessary to touch-up the paint from time to time.
