When should I take my Supplement?

Our Nutritionist to take your supplement first thing in the morning with food. We recommend that, you do no take your supplement with Coffee or Tea.

Can I take this tablet alongside medication?

We recommend that if you take any regular medication that you speak to your Doctor or Pharmacist before taking Glow and Grow Capsules.

Can children take this capsule?

This formulation has been created for adults 18 years and older. This is because the nutrient reference values (NRVs) are suited to the daily requirements of people 18 and older. Therefore, we would not recommend giving Glow and Grow Capsules to a child.

How long do I need to take the supplement before I can see an effect?

You will need to consistently take the supplement for at least 3 weeks before seeing an effect. Each pouch of capsule supplements contains a 3 months supply.

If I get diagnosed with anemia can I take this tablet?
