We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and recycle any of our packaging products.

We are continually looking for ways to be greener within our products, so if you have any suggestions please do message us.

UK Orders: We use Royal Mail as our main delivery provider. At Peak Delivery Times such as Christmas, Royal Mail's estimated deliveries extend.
Please note that Second Class Orders may take up to 14 working days to arrive and First Class orders may take up to 7 working days to arrive. If you require a specific date then please contact us in the first instance.

Please also note that Royal Mail may or may not have Strike Action during your times of ordering, so please take this into account.

We have recently sourced a responsible person in order to comply with the new Cosmetic Regulations that were brought into force on the 1st January 2021. Therefore we are now able to sell our hampers to Northern Ireland.

All of our products intended for cosmetic use are certified and tested as required by law, and ingredients for any of these items are available upon request.

Warning: please double check your personalisation as how it appears will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.

Please note that Personalised Items are not able to be returned unless faulty.
If items are not collected and are returned to us, we will hold these for 3 months maximum from receipt.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of redelivery.
For absolute clarity, we will not cover the cost for redelivery due to no red card being left by Royal mail. We use a fully tracked service purposefully so that you can track your order through Etsy and the RM website using the tracking provided on your order.

For absolute clarification. If you are ordering a Set Of Mugs you will receive them within a Double Mug Box. This is because you are receiving a saving for purchasing them together.
If you order an individual mug you will receive it within a single mug box.
Our mug boxes also act as the postage box to reduce and minimise waste

For most products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return or exchange the item and another 16 days to send them back. The return period will expire 30 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.

Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable:

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by us to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element

Personalised items are marked clearly on each listing and will show that they cannot be returned.

Please note you can of course still return items if they are found to be faulty. Please contact us in the first instance if you have any issues.

We DO NOT allow dropshipping. Please also note that our images are our own Intellectual Property. If we find others using our images without our permission, we will immediately go to the platform they have been using and issue take down notices.
Using images without our permission is against UK Law and we will take appropriate legal action. We are also recently trademarked. Therefore if any of our products and pictures are used without our permission, you will be creating a trademark infringement.

BFPO/Base Addresses:
I'm afraid due to previous complications with orders arising from these addresses, we are no longer able to complete orders if you use this form of address. If any orders are made, they will be refunded and cancelled.
