Our items are not dishwasher safe/microwave sage. Even our "Sublimation" items that are printed onto the jar require handwashing. This will keep the longevity of the product.

To care for your item & for best & long lasting use, gentle hand washing w/mild soap (Do not to scrub/soak the design) is highly recommended to preserve the illustration. Immediate drying (pat dry only).

The glitter is completely sealed and will not flake off! You will feel the glitter on the glass.
We do NOT use any toxic epoxy sealers with our products but use only non-toxic sealers on our products.

The glitter is however delicate so be sure not to pick at it or drop it to ensure the glitter stays fully intact!

For sublimation items - the item is fully transferred by ink to the item.

For out "vinyl" designs the writing/design on your is made with a strong outdoor durable vinyl that stay completely intact. It is waterproof and can withstand gentle washings of the product.

Be sure to take proper care of your item and follow all cleaning instructions provided with your product.

Turnaround time is between 1-1.5 weeks before shipping. Shipping time varies depending on location.

Within the US almost all items are shipped priority which takes an average of 2-4 business days (not guaranteed as sometimes packages due get delayed)

Items Shipping OUTSIDE the US
Transit times can vary dramatically & cannot guarantee any delivery dates - this is the buyers responsibility to plan accordingly as sometimes items get stuck in customs & in some cases can take up to a month or so.

Packages once they leave the US may not "update" their tracking as it is up to the destination country to update the package once it arrives....some do, some don't.

The way items are designed will be as follows. If you select RIGHT handed, the item will have the design facing outwards when holding the drinkware in your right hand.
For LEFT handed, the item will be designed facing outwards when holding the drinkware in your left hand.

If your item arrived damaged by the carrier please follow these instructions in order to fix the issue.
1. Reach out within 3 days of the item being delivered.
2. Provide proof of damage: This includes: Damage photo of the item and a photo of the exterior of the box it was shipped in.
3. DO NOT throw away product/box until a resolution has been finalized. This is because some carriers require further inspection during the claim filing process.
**NOTE: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE STEPS MAY RESULT IN INABILITY FOR REPLACEMENT/REFUND** We as a seller need to file claims with the carrier and they need all these steps following in order to proceed with a resolution.
