Transit times: Please be aware that transit times can vary for international orders. Although rare it is possible for orders to experience delays if held in customs or other factors such as public holidays. Unfortunately we have no control over this however should this occur, please send us a message and we will do everything we can to trace your parcel.

Custom charges: Some countries may charge duty for an international package depending on where you are located. Unfortunately we cannot mark items as lower value. Most packages process through customs smoothly without incurring duty charges. Should your item incur a duty charge, please note this is not an extra shipping cost and we have no control over this.

1. If you are not sure of your size, wrap some string around where you would like the item to sit and mark the length.
2. Measure this length in inches (mm for rings) on a ruler.
3. Select this option on the drop down menu to order. If you are in between sizes we recommend the larger size, or leave a note during checkout of your exact measurement and we can custom make for you.

LENGTH: Is the necklace or bracelet laid out open and measured from end to end including the clasp and tag.

If you need your order in a hurry, please be sure to select an express form of shipping during checkout. You can also tell us the date you need it for, by leaving a note in the “notes to seller” section and we will try are best to make this happen for you. We will contact you if the deadline is too close and discuss other options available.

Before placing your order please ensure your address is correct. We ship all orders to the addresses provided on your Etsy transaction.

Once an order has been shipped we are unable to change addresses or other personal information.

If an item is lost due to a wrong address, we cannot be held responsible and will be unable to refund.

If an item is returned to us due to a wrong address/address not found, we can re-post the item at the cost of the buyer or refund the order minus postage costs.

We cannot be held responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages.

All of our items are sent with a tracked or signed for service and will require a signature.

If you have not received your item please allow for a few more days in case of delays/public holidays. You can also contact us for proof of postage if you would like to make a claim with the courier company Royal Mail.
