Here is an easy crochet pattern for a Quick Lattice Cardigan. It's done with worsted weight yarn (size 4) and a large crochet hook (size P) and can be finished in a day. The yarn shown (Lion Brand Cotton Ease) is discontinued, but any size 4 worsted weight yarn can be substituted.

The cardigan is crocheted from side to side in one piece. Stitches used are chain, slip stitch, single crochet and double crochet.

Materials:
370 yards of aran/worsted weight yarn
Size P (11.5) crochet hook - the large hook creates loose stitches
Yarn needle for weaving in the ends when you are finished.
I recommend Hobby Lobby's I Love This Cotton or any size 4 worsted weight yarn as great yarns for this project. Some colors of the original yarn, Lion Brand Cotton-Ease have been re-released, but will probably be discontinued again.

The cardigan can be made in size small, medium, large and extra-large. It makes a great layer over a tank, a t-shirt or a dress. Perfect for spring and summer!

Finished measurements:
Small - Chest 32", Length 18 1/2"
Medium - Chest 36", Length 19"
Large - Chest 40", Length 19 1'2"
Extra-Large - Chest 44", Length 20"
The Cardigan is meant to be worn open and has lots of stretch, so choose size accordingly.
