I custom requested my 3-tall standing sunflowers to have a more complex head (similar to those on the door hanger) and a green painted base. The seller agreed to the changes and I received my order a little bit after the delivery window. The item I received had the base in the original black color and I requested a replacement or partial refund. The seller provided me a replacement with the correction ASAP. I received them today and I could not be happier with the quality of the product and the service I received from Lisa. Thanks again!
