What are the measurements of your items?
All sizes will be stated in individual item listings. If you need more information please message me and I’ll be happy to help
How do I care for vintage items?
Please treat vintage and antique items with care. Hand washing is recommended for all china, glass and linens
How will my parcel be packaged?
As much as possible packaging will be reused and recycled for environmental reasons. Items will be carefully packaged to avoid accidents.

Do you accept returns?
I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your purchase it is not as described, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will refund for the item as soon I get it back. I cannot refund postage fees.
Do you offer combined postage?
I can combine postage for multiple purchases. Please message me to arrange.
Are your items genuine vintage?
Yes they are. I sell a vast range of eras from antique to 2000s. Vintage is anything over 20 years old and antique over 100 years old. Age will be stated in each individual listing.
How do I know the condition of the item?
Vintage items have been around a while and antiques even longer, so they may have some age related wear, marks and patina. All part of their history and charm, I think. Any will be described in the individual item listing and photos provided.
How and when will my items be posted?
I post out on a Monday and Friday. I will always post the most economical way for you. I use Royal Mail for smaller items up to 2kg, Hermes for larger items up to 15kg and Parcelforce for oversized items. Depending on the value of the item they will be sent Standard or Tracked/Signed. If you wish to upgrade further please just let me know
Do you post internationally?
Yes I do. Any import or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs. Please message me to arrange a postage quote
