My name is Federica Trimarchi (Fede), and I am the founder of The Mood Club.

I have a philosophical background and a Master in Social Ethics, and I have been working in the social sector for the past 6 years, supporting mental health organisations achieving system change.

I set up The Mood Club because I want to inspire people to get into a positive mindset, a way of living by focusing on the good things, looking at the bigger picture and avoiding overthinking.

I know how hard it is to stay positive and feel good while facing the challenges life throws at us, so I wanted to create simple, fun, and practical tools to embrace small daily positive habits: little steps to feel better right away and to adopt a positive mindset in the long run.

That's why I designed the Mood Cards and my online classes: to help you thrive in every aspect of life, improve your confidence and resilience, stimulate self-reflection and growth, and learn how to care for yourself ✨
