When you check-out, if you have any customizations such as colors or topics and information (different from what is shown), please leave the that information in the “Note to Seller” section. Along with if you are going to be printing the file from home or through a professional printer.

You have the ability to personalize your order in many ways with out extra charge.

When you purchase an item, I will design a proof and send it via Etsy conversion. You will then need to message me back saying you APPROVE the sample or if you have any changes. Once you approve the proof, I will send you a file digital file as a PDF and/or JPG. You will then be able to print the file right away.

The standard delivery time of your proof is 2-3 DAYS. You have the option of choosing “RUSH” to your order when checking out. This will guarantee you the proof faster.

Please be aware that if you select the Rush Service, the chosen time frame is when your Proof will be emailed, not the final file.

Fonts will be the same style and may vary depending on design. If there is a style you would like me to work with when it comes to font choices, let me know. For example, chalk board, hand written, bold, modern, etc.

Printed colors can vary from how they look from computer screen to screen as well as to how they are printed. This is due to different computer monitor brands, paper printed on, ink used and printer settings. For best results, I recommend printing at a professional printer, but you don’t have to.

The standard email delivery of your proof is 2-3 days (or sooner).

Orders after 9pm CST, Monday-Friday will be processed around 9am the following day.

Orders after 5pm CST, Saturday & Sunday will be processed around 10am the following day.

Proofs are only sent through Etsy Conversations after ALL info is received. The final high-res digital file will be emailed ASAP once the proof is approved.

Proofing includes minor changes only (es: spelling error). Proofing does NOT include major changes, including, but not limited to: resizing, creating a completely new print, changing any text (not pertaining to the customer’s custom info), rearranging or reworking the design, etc.

Please be aware that if you select the Rush Service, the chosen time frame is when your Proof will be emailed, not the final digital file. The faster you “Approve” the proof I sent you, the quicker I can send you the final and official digital files.

Download the file to your computer and you are ready to print!

Due to the nature of instant download digital images, all sales are final and no refunds and/or exchanges will be given.

Editable digital files will be sent you via email after your purchase. You will get an email from Corjl, where you can log in and make changes to what you ordered, then download it from there.

Once you purchase an item that it editable, you have 30 days to access the link , make edits and download your file. If you need more time please let me know and I can arrange that for you.
