Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each wreath will come shipped in a box with tissue paper. You can add a personalized message and I will handwrite on a card and place inside the box with the wreath. Please include a note on your order for handwritten cards.
Wholesale availability
This is an online retail shop on Etsy not a wholesale website.
Shipping
Your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. I will always do my best to process your order and have it to the shipping carrier expeditiously. There are no guarantees when it comes to the estimated delivery times shown during checkout. These time frames are just what they are....an estimate. Once the shipping carrier is in possession of the package, I have no control. If you need an item by a certain day, message me and I can give you some quotes for expedited shipping (fair warning...it's expensive).
