It's possible to do a unique engraving free of charge.According to the item size, the number of letters can vary. To order a personalization leave your preferences (message, font, language) in the "note" section upon ordering.

IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and emergency measures being put in place in different countries I cannot guarantee the estimated delivery date.
USA:
Standard Shipping: 2-3 weeks.
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days.
EU:
Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days.
Express Shipping 3-7 business days.
the UK and Canada parcels are trackable only in Ukraine.
If your order does not have the address verification (USPS could not verify your address) we are not responsible for the package lost.
The orders sent to the wrong Etsy address are non-refundable. Please make sure that your shipping address on Etsy is correct.

To pay without Paypal account
My shop accepts only Paypal payments.
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature. If you run into any trouble or have any questions about PayPal's Guest Checkout, please contact PayPal directly.
Exchanges and returns
I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders and personalized items.
Please ship the item back as soon as I receive the item I will issue you a refund or send an exchange.
Contact me and I will send you the return shipping address.
The exchange/refund fee is 20$.
In case of return/exchange buyer is responsible for the import taxes (30% of the item's price).
The Express shipping fee is non-refundable.
Tracking
Please note that tracking the item is a customers' responsibility.
If the item is unclaimed until the estimated date it is returned to the BettyJewelryEmotions.
I can resend the unclaimed item or issue a refund(the exchange/return fee is 20$)
