2.) DIY KIT - Do as a craft with your child & also save money! Receive everything you need: cards, bags, and crayons! Have your child help! I still personalize the cards for you, or get them blank to write on.

Because each card is handmade, each is unique and may have slight imperfections, or there may be minor variations between items.

Etsy shows an estimated ship date at check out, but give yourself a couple days wiggle room; Processing times are estimated in good faith, but occasionally unexpected surges in orders happen; I may run a day or two behind despite my best efforts.

❤️ DELIVERY DATE is an estimate from Etsy based on USPS transit time projections, not something I can guarantee unfortunately.
Etsy does not have it's own shipping fleet like Amazon, so it's a guess they make. Allow extra time: We all know USPS is not stellar.

VALENTINES: I receive a HUGE volume of orders in January-February & go as fast as I can. I try to send updates. Please be kind when contacting me; I'm a person, too.

Printing problems typically result from hiccups while saving, or improper printer or program settings.

Double-check that you followed the instructions I sent with the files. Then, check all of your program & printer settings and try again. ♥ MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING A COMPUTER if you are saving a file sent in an Etsy message - You can't save that kind of Etsy attachments from your phone, unfortunately. ♥

If this does not work, I will do my best to help if I am familiar with the programs, websites, or printer you are using.

Standard shipping is USPS Parcel Select.

You can upgrade to First Class Mail at checkout for not much more, and it has tracking.

I recommend upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout - it is insured and faster.

Late Deliveries / Damaged Lost items:
If USPS is late, I'm happy to help you navigate communicating with them to track it. I can help you navigate a damaged/lost mail claim with USPS if you chose Priority Mail or Express Mail. I don't provide refunds for late pacakages if I shipped on time and it is a USPS issue.

Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another, between different types or brands of paper & ink, and also with the choice of printer settings. PLEASE BE SURE to print a copy of the sample in the listing before purchasing if color matches are extremely important to you. FantasyMoonPrints is not responsible for these color variations. Because there are a vast number of variables involved in printing, there will be no refunds and no design color changes if you do not like the colors when printed.

Personalization and design work begins once payment clears; please keep in mind there are typically orders in front of yours being worked on; orders will be completed in the order in which they are received (given payment clears).

Approval -- Printing the project or approving the electronic proof serves as the final verification and acceptance of the project. if you print and later find errors you missed, I do not reimburse print costs or provide refunds, but I'm happy to make edits to the digital file.

These are perfect for a class valentines party! I love that a pack of 12 was available, which was perfect for my kid’s school. Easy to assemble. Item was exactly as described. Very happy!!!
