All orders to the US are shipped with DHL eCommerce and delivered via USPS. Your package will ship with DHL's expedited international service as far as your local post office, then be delivered with USPS so that you won't have to be home to sign for your package.

Express orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, or TNT, depending on your location.

Your products will be wrapped in a decorative foil bag and shipped water resistant poly mailers to ensure they arrive safe and sound.

Of course! All of our orders are shipped in decorative foil bags, and any order marked as a gift will also have a bow and gift tag attached free of charge. You can leave a personalized gift message on the order screen, which we will print out and attach to your package. For other special requests, just send us a message.

You can track your package from the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account or by using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

You should receive an email from Etsy with a download link shortly after your purchase, but if the email didn't go through, you can also download the pattern from your Etsy account using these steps:

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

NOTE: the Etsy app currently doesn't support downloads, but if you're on a phone or tablet you can still download them by opening Etsy from your mobile browser.
