What are the Fairies and Angels Wings made from?
The Fairies and Angels wings are NOT made from wood. They're made from a thin composite material that's tough, water and tear proof, and has a paper-like quality.
Is the Wood you use in your designs Sustainable?
Yes absolutely! The peg dolls are made locally to my business, out of beech wood. Beech wood was chosen for its sustainability - it is a carbon sequestering wood, and there are many local sources.
What are your Shop times?
Our Studio is based in Chesterfield, in the UK.
Our Opening Times are:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
We are closed at Weekends and Major Holidays
If you have sent us a message, we will reply during normal business hours. If you message during the weekend or holiday, we will get back to you ASAP.
Can I send one of your pieces directly to a friend?
Yes, not a problem. Here's what you need to do:
Put your friend's shipping address in the 'ship to' section when you check out.
You can also add a gift message for free.
We'll handwrite your gift message on the back of the verse card and send it with your fairy.
All pieces come in a handmade cardboard sleeve and are ready to gift. If you want her gift wrapped, there's a separate listing for that.
**Please Note**
We will never include an invoice or product description in the parcel, because of the sensitive nature of our pieces.
How do I track my parcel?
We use Royal Mail to send parcels to customers in the UK and Ireland. Once your order is marked as shipped, you'll be given a reference number that will take you to the Royal Mail website. The reference number will only tell you when your parcel has been delivered or if a delivery attempt has been made—not its current location.
We use Transglobal Express to send parcels to customers in the US. Once your order is shipped, you'll be given a tracking number that you can use to track it on the TGE website www.transglobalexpress.co.uk/track-shipment/
