Curling Tongs

I purchased this item in the M and S sale. The curling tong works well (takes a minute to heat up but is effective) but unfortunately I cannot swap the tong for the brush attachment, no matter how hard I try, Hence the brush is pretty useless. Also the instructions make no mention as to how to swap the curling iron end for the brush. Therefore a decent curling product has been let down by inadequate instructions. I shall be returning the item to the store for a refund.

I think I might have to return this item as no instructions on how to change the attachment. I don't want to force anything and break it. There is a list of do's and don'ts, but nothing about attaching the brush. Very disappointing.

These curlying tongs are excellent for me,have bought two pairs but they do not last very long,have just tried to buy two more but they have sold out,I do hope you are going to restock,next time I will order half a dozen so I always have them.PLEASE RESTOCK

Does what I wanted it to, sorts out the ends of my hair after washing

I bought these when there was 20% off, and was a little sceptical after reading the reviews. I can't believe how good these are - especially for the money - I've paid over £100 and not had such good results. I got lovely bouncy curls and they stayed in. Took them on holiday - wonderful for travelling - very lightweight. I didn't have any problem changing the barrel. Tried it as soon as I got them out of the box - again because of the reviews. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Marks and Spencer. Please can you include a diagram and instructions on how to change the attachments. There is nothing on your instruction sheet. I have had to search the internet for information from other purchasers.

I ordered these curling tongs hoping they were similar to those previously bought ,which were small and useful for travel. They are long and bulky.

As with previous review, the Instructions do not cover how to switch the attachments. After some tentative pulling and twisting, the outer sleeve of the tongs did finally give way to a strong prolonged straight pull. Similarly the brush attachment also required considerable pulling force to remove from the slotted inner heated section. Not for the faint hearted with new pieces of electrical equipment!

The product does exactly what it is meant to and does it well, however the instructions that come with it are no use it does not explain how to switch between the attachments and as this was purchased for an older lady she had great difficulty. It then took myself around 5-10 minutes to work out how it is done but not every customer that will buy these will have someone to help so clear instructions should be supplied.
