The default limited commercial license grants a limited license that allows a profit up to $1000 on any clipart set. Additional licenses required once you exceed this amount.

If you wish to use these products and exceed $1000 in profits, please purchase an additional license or contact me for information on a mass production license.

• You MAY use the files for personal use such as invitations, stationary, greeting cards, scrapbooking, stickers, labels, etc

• You MAY profit up to $1000 using this art—after that a standard or extended license is needed

• You MAY use the art for commercial use, such as the sale of invitations, stationery, and greeting cards, planners, stickers, banners, embroidery, cake toppers, etc

• You MAY use the files to sell t-shirts, mugs, tote bags and other merchandise in a shop that you manage yourself, such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify (No print-on-demand sites)

• You MAY use resized files on your website & social media. Images must be resized to 72 dpi (no transparent background). You may not upload the clip art at its original size

• You may NOT redistribute, resell, or give away the files in their original form

• You may NOT sell these designs as digital design resources and/or as your own files

• You may NOT use art to promote hate speech

• You may NOT use the art for fabric patterns to resell

• You may NOT use these graphics on any print on-demand sites (including but not limited to Zazzle, CafePress, RedBubble, Society6, Spoonflower)

• You may NOT use these graphics as part of your logo

All downloads are in zip format. In order to use your image files you need to extract the files.

How to Unzip Your Files:

1. Download the zip file.

2. Right click on the zip file and choose "extract here" to unzip the file. Your image files should appear next to the zip file.

NOTE: If you do not have the option to "extract" the files, you might need to download software like WinZip or WinRar, both available for free online.

Copyright does not transfer upon the sale of clipart so it cannot be used as part of a logo.

You MAY use clipart for banner images, brochures, business cards and other business graphics in conjunction with your branding—you simply cannot register it as a logo.

I would not recommend using ANY clipart elements (purchased here or elsewhere) in your logo because anyone could have the same elements in their logo as well. While many small businesses and shops do this, it's risky. You would be unable to register your logo with the US patent and trademark office. That could lead to legal issues or you could be forced to change your logo in the future. Also, it could confuse customers and make them associate your business with another one.

Credit is required with a default limited license. Credit may be given as “Credit to Serene Dreams Designs” or “Featuring artwork by Jacey Chase” on your product listings and social media posts. Credit is not required with Standard Commercial Licesnse or Extended Commercial License.
