I do not accept returns on any custom orders (monograms, shirts with customizations, etc). I do however accept returns on items I know I can resell, on a case by case basis. In the event I do accept your return, you’ll be responsible for the original shipping cost (if you qualified for free shipping, you will have the actual shipping amount deducted from the return) as well as the return shipping. So your refund will be item cost minus initial shipping and return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

While I do try my best to avoid these situations, I am human, so occasionally I do mess up. Please reach out to me if this happens. I will need pictures of what you received to verify the error on my part. I will correct any mistakes that I have made as quickly as possible. If the wrong item needs to be returned, I will provide you with a label.

Yes! I do offer bulk discounts. Please reach out to me if you have questions or would like to place a bulk order. MOQ (minimum order quantity) differs from item to item. Please know that bulk doesn’t mean 2-3 items being purchased. These discounts are for large scale purchases.

First class purchases are not insured, therefore I may not be able to resend the order at no charge, and/or may ask you to cover shipping. If a refund is requested, it will be for the item cost only, not for any shipping charges, since those were paid for and used.
If priority mail was purchased, insurance is automatically included. I will send a new item out and complete any insurance claims needed to recoup the cost of the lost item. If you choose to file a claim, no refund will be given on my part, and no items will be reshipped since you will be asking USPS to refund the order.

I’m usually extremely responsive to messages, so if you notice this please reach out right away! If I haven’t shipped your order, I’ll be able to edit the address before creating the label. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing I can do. You will need to contact the shipping provider to see if your item can be forwarded. Unfortunately refunds will not be given due to an incorrect address that isn’t my error. If a replacement order is needed, you’ll be
responsible for the cost.
