We are not able to offer gift wrapping or gift notes with orders.

We are happy to personalize/customize items with print/embroidery provided that you have rights/persmissions to use the logo/design/phrase/text. Please do not request the use of copyright/trademark phrases/logos or designs for which you do not have the rights/persmission to use.

We are happy to offer a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within that timeframe to setup the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items that have been personalized are not available for return, refund, exchange or cancellation.

Each order is provided with tracking information upon shipment and sent to the address provided at checkout. Once the tracking number is provided, the item has been turned over to the shipping carrier. Any updates, information, or lost item inquiries will need to be submitted to the shipping carrier and is outside of our control. Tracking numbers do have an expiration. If it has been more than 30 days since your item has arrived, we are unable to offer help as the tracking information has likely expired.

While we are based in Alabama, USA, we sometimes use production partners as disclosed in the listings to help us with things we aren't able to do alone. Based on the item's availability, your item may not ship from Alabama. For US customers, your item will ship from a US location with tracking.

For our international customers, your item may ship from the US, EU (Latvia or Spain), Japan, Australia, Brazil, UK, or Canada depending on the item's availability. Customs Fees, Import Duties, and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, defective, or in error. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us through Etsy within 7 business days of the item's arrival. We will ask for photos of the damaged or defective product, damaged package, or the item that arrived in error. We'll also need your order number, and any other details you may have about the order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! We are not able to address such concerns outside of this time frame.

Items are shipped with tracking information to the address you provided at checkout. Items that are marked as undeliverable, items sent to an incorrectly provided address, an insufficient address, or items that are held by the post office and never picked up are returned to us. This return is documented by the tracking information.

On some occasions, re-shipment within the US is available for a fee paid by the buyer. The original cost of this shipping is non-refundable, and the item itself is non-refundable because it was made just for you after purchase or contains personalizations.

Some items are made with the help of production partners as disclosed in the items listings. For orders outside of the US, shipment may come from one of our partners in Latvia, Spain, USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, or Australia. Shipping carriers provide tracking information when available. Tracking may stop once an item leaves the country. As with all shipments, international shipment timeframes are only estimates. Many factors may affect travel time, including delays by shipping carriers, delays by customs offices, delays by local carriers. Should your item not arrive, please contact us. However, we may ask that you wait up to 4 weeks past the estimated delivery date for your item to be considered "lost" and eligible for replacement.

When unpacking a new shirt, hoodie, or item with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

Items are shipped with tracking to the address you provided at checkout. If your item has been marked as delivered by the carrier, but has not arrived, please check the area around your home like a back door or porch. Verify the address provided at checkout was correct. Check with neighbors. Check with your local post office or shipping carrier office or drop off point. If you are unable to locate your item, you'll need to contact the shipping carrier directly. In some cases, you may need to contact your local police to file a theft report in coordination with instructions from the shipping carrier. We are unable to replace or refund items marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
